"I am not exaggerating when I say our wedding could not have gone as well as it did without Ikiya's help. From our first call, she understood our vision and helped keep me organized with her in-depth Google Drive with planning documents, questions to ask vendors, timelines and more. All of our vendors said that our timeline for the day was perfect and that was all thanks to Ikiya. Ikiya and I would have monthly meetings and it became more frequent as the wedding day got closer, but she always made herself available if we had any other questions or a wedding event that we needed her feedback on. She even came with us to our wedding tasting and asked great questions that we wouldn't have even thought of. On wedding day, she was the MVP of the day. Her and her team kept everyone on track and where they needed to be. Everyone warned me that wedding days typically run behind schedule, but because of all of the prep work Ikiya helped us with, we actually ended up running ahead of schedule! She also helped me keep calm among the craziness like when I forgot my veil in my room right before the ceremony. She is truly great at what she does and became a good friend throughout the wedding planning process. I also have divorced parents who don't really get along, but Ikiya kept everyone happy and drama-free which was truly such a help on wedding day.
