An intimate wedding is typically defined as a celebration with 100 guests or fewer. This allows for a more personal and cozy atmosphere, where you can spend quality time with each of your guests.
Q: What is considered an intimate wedding?
The sooner the better is always best, so we recommend 12-18 months in advance! Full-service planning should start 18-12 months in advance, for Partial Planning we’d recommend 9 months and for Wedding Management and coordination service, we’d recommend starting at least 90 days in advance.
Q: How far in advance should we start planning our wedding?
Yes, as an intimate wedding planner, this is my specialty! I’ll work with you to help you select a venue that has the perfect capacity, setting, and vibe for your special day.

Yes, I am happy to accommodate any specific cultural or religious tradition you may have. I'm very familiar with unorthodox Jewish wedding traditions and ceremonies!

While I don't offer traditional "day-of-coordination" services, I provide on-site coordination to assist with managing your wedding day which can be booked two months prior to your wedding day. This service ensures that everything goes according to plan, allowing you to enjoy your special day stress-free.

I've worked with a number of budgets ranging from 20k-150k! There is no minimum, however, every budget is different based on several factors (venues of interest, desired date, guest count). We'll review your budget together to get the most accurate idea of what you will need for the wedding you want.

To ensure I provide the highest level of service and attention to each couple, I only take on ten weddings per year. This allows me to focus on your planning journey and deliver a truly personalized experience.

It starts with a call! We'll discuss initial details along with an initial budget estimate as our starting point. The planning process is categorized into 3 phases - the VIP phase (vendors), the Design phase, and the Coordination phase. This is designed to allow us to focus on one part of the planning at a time which helps prevent overwhelm! We'll be in constant communication throughout the process as we make our way through each phase and slowly bring your vision to life.
